KAMIRA
Terms of use · 21 October 2026

Simple terms for a simple app.

License

KAMIRA is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed on the App Store. The one-time purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules.

Your content

Everything you record belongs to you. We never receive it. You are responsible for recording only where you have the right to do so and for respecting the privacy of people you film.

Device limits

Simultaneous front and rear capture depends on your iPhone model, available camera formats and thermal state. Qualities above HD are offered only when the device can sustain them. Recording stops and saves automatically on calls, low storage, overheating or when the app leaves the foreground.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost recordings or indirect damages. Keep copies of movies you cannot afford to lose.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and refunds follow Apple's App Store policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
